What is the main difference between Pilo 2 and Pilo?
Pilo 2 has twice as many razor blades and a larger shaving area, making the shaving even more efficient. It is also easier to clean from fuzz.
Is it possible to replace the razor blades?

Can I use the Pilo 2 on all kinds of materials?
Yes, even on the most delicate ones. Just remember to not press the machine against the fabric, but gently sweep it over the garment.
When is the Pilo 2 fully charged?
The battery is fully charged after two hours. The breathing light indicated that it is charging. The light turns green once it is fully charged. Note that you are able to shave whilst the machine is charging.
Steamery warrants the included hardware product and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of original retail purchase. If you suddenly find the razorblades too blunt, please contact info-steamery@thefndtn.com for spare parts.
